The judge did not deliver his verdict today. Why? Because according to him, the taklik was not clear. He needed to investigate further, specifically he needed to consult JAIP because that's where I got married.
The irony is... I filed my taklik application in July 2008 and since then, I have been up and down the court 6 or 7 times... the judge had more than a year to consult JAIP... why didnt he?

ReplyDeleteWhat, they think they are saving a marriage (and hence a big pahala)? Think again lah... if the marriage can be saved, the couple would not be in the court in the first place!
One of my friend has a funny theory on this... she said, the syariah judges ni semua dah jadi bodoh sebab kena bomoh kanan kiri depan belakang. She said when her cousin had to apply for fasakh a few years ago, she went to bomoh to jampi the judge to rule in her favour... Entahlah...
