Syawal 2012

Syawal datang lagi, after Ramadhan, every year without fail... But Syawal, to me, this year is different from previous Syawals that I have celebrated before...

I started the celebration of Eidulfitri with positive notes. I went to Pagoh first at my inlaws and and to Parit on the evening of the second day of Syawal to be with my sisters and brother. To top it all, we are now in the midst or repairing our late parents' old house, so insyaAllah next gathering that we have will be at that place... Looks like dream of one of my nieces, Syilla, will come true soon, insyaAllah... And alhamdulillah...

Morning of 12th Syawal brought a sad news of passing away of a dear aunt, Mak Nyah Ezah, widow of Arwah Ayah Haji, my late father's brother. I visited her on 3rd Syawal, and she was so chirpy and cheerful, much much more cheerful than ever, I might add, not realising that it was a sign that she would be leaving all of us. She wanted to make sure that our memories of her would be a happy one. Indeed it was a very happy one, Syila, one of my nieces said she was a "hilarious opah". Muaz, my son, said she was the "coolest opah"... Moga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atas rohnya... We are all going to miss you Mak Nyah, especially during raya time... :'(

We lost another family member last Wednesday, 5th Sep 2012 Masehi, 18th Syawal 1433 Hijrah... My brother in law (my sister's husband), passed away after about 2 months of suffering from kidney failure. This happened after a mere week of losing Mak Nyah Ezah...

Syawal this year definitely one Syawal that will not be forgotten for as long as I live... :'(

Limit

Semua di dunia ini ada limitnya, kecuali kekuasaan Allah. Dan benda paling limited dalam hidup aku adalah SABAR...

Benci betul bila kena kerja dengan org yg tak competent. Kenapalah aku diuji begini hari ini? Hari ni betul2 menghabiskan masa kerja menyudahkan kerja yg org lain tinggalkan. Sedangkan kerja aku sendiri kalau disusun bertingkat sudah pasti sampai ke ceiling... And to top it all, the ungrateful bast*** got the nerve to tell other staff that semuanya punca aku yg tak inform or salah inform dia... What the f***!!!

Hey!!! Kau boleh pergi mam*** tak?

Phew!! I better stop here before aku bagi lagi banyak bahasa bintang bintang kat dia...

What more can a girl ask for...

I went to 2 dinners 2 nights in a row, 6th july with MJ for his company's Annual Dinner at The Palace of Golden Horses and on 7th July for my university's Royal Chancellor's Dinner at Hilton KL, and both nights the guest artist was the same - Jamal Abdillah... Wow... having dinner while watching Jamal perform live right before my eyes 2 nights in a row... what more can a girl ask for... :-)
